Those Tampa and Arizona games are terrifying. Especially Arizona, it's always nice to back a terrible team as a heavy favorite against a much better team.

Far be it from me to advocate playing heavy chalk, but why is Texas a much better team than Arizona?
I'm also pretty sure that I am mis-using these stats (look at me acting like I know anything about baseball), but I can't think of anything better to compare between leagues. Haren's 3.0 WAR (vs. Padilla's 1.0) should pretty much make up the difference for the line, right?
You're absolutely right (I wouldn't be playing that game if I didn't agree with you). I was more just being flip with the public perception of the two teams.
